Minutes of the Planning Committee meetingheld on Tuesday 17th October 2017 at 10.00am, in the Council Office, Lady Street, Dulverton.

Present: Chairman: Mrs Margaret Rawle. Cllrs: Mr Gerry Lewis and Mr Piers Wood.

Observations: No objections.

6/9/17/117LB Proposed Listed Building consent for replacement of existing box guttering to

the front, elevation, to allow for the inclusion of T-Pren joints within the gutter.

Observations: Members commented that the construction appeared to be quite large, however not unsightly and doesn’t impact visibly.

The period of consultation has now expired and ENPA will not be serving a Tree Preservation

Order.

    

WTPO 17/05 Works to Trees subject to Tree Preservation Order: coppice two holly trees to

0.5metres, prune three chestnut trees that overhang lawned garden area to branch diameter      

of 5cm and removal of one branch on chestnut two. (Works to trees subject to Tree

Preservation Order).

The period of consultation has now expired and ENPA has resolved to grant to consent

without modifications to for the work.
