Minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 26th November 2013 in the Council Office, Lady Street, Dulverton, commencing at 9.30 pm.

Present: Councillors: Mr Keith Ross (Chairman); Mrs Judy Ernest, Mr Neville Rimmer, Mrs Margaret Rawle and Ms Liz Schofield

Observations: Members acknowledge the loss of living accommodation however accept that the proposals will make good use of the facilities and that the change of use is reversible.

6/9/13/125 Proposed replacement of 19 windows and 3 doors. (FULL).

Riverside Youth Centre, Kemps Way, Dulverton, Somerset

Observations: Members consider that the proposal will make little impact on the aesthetics of the building, however will reduce the energy costs and in turn the carbon footprint. Members Consider the windows an overall improvement.
