Minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 2nd October2012 in the Council Office, Lady Street, Dulverton, commencing at 9.30am.

E.N.P.A.: Trevor Short – The Forge, 9 Town Marsh: Enforcement Case

Members considered all the relative correspondence concerning the on-going dispute between residents, including the concerns raised by Mr Short.

It was noted that The Forge was purchased as a work shop and has subsequently been refurbished within the knowledge of E.N.P.A.

It was agreed that due to the fact that E.N.P.A. is seeking legal advice it would not be appropriate to comment.
